The Tri-Cities Homeless Policy Group was founded three years ago by the leaders of Littleton, Englewood and Sheridan to find solutions to the growing problem of homelessness in the three cities.

After studying the issue for three years, the Group issued a Homelessness Action Plan in 2021. The Tri-Cities Homeless Navigation Center is part of that plan.

SMCF is pleased to join the Group as it works to implement the entire plan.
