Mesh filter is the form of an object fabricated with different types of wire mesh material, used for filtration of water , oil , chemicals , air etc , Mesh filters mainly made with filter wire mesh / cloth , perforated metal mesh or expanded mesh , different material with different features and advantages , filters we provide with good quality and durable even in extreme conditions .

Here are several main types of filters /strainer we provide : conical filter, knitted mesh filter, cylindrical filter, sintered filter, basket filter, perforated filter tube, hydraulic oil filter, air filter ,water filter , chemical filter etc.

Sintered wire mesh

Sintered wire mesh normally laminated by multiple layers of stainless steel wire mesh by sintering . which combines heat and pressure to permanently bond multiple layers of mesh together , and created a unique material offering excellent mechanical properties and accurate filtration , it is common for 5 layers , 6 layers of wire mesh , different layer has different functions , normally there are reinforcing layers , protecting layer , dispersion layer and control layer , of which control layer is layer defines the final filtration , other layers are help this layer to work better under presser and survival longer time .
